Regarding acidified galvanized bulk material, quantity and technology offer important solutions. We show our superiority in Kufstein with Europe’s biggest and most efficient galvanization drum systems. Because of this, we are able to galvanize bulk material (screws, nails, automotive components etc.) on a very large scale. We can offer many different types of chromating and passivation (blue, yellow, thick film...) as well as different types of sealing and sliding coating for the after - treatment.

The Galvanic Plant No. 3 has a daily capacity of approx. 40 tons and is automatically supplied by our high - rack warehouse.

With its incredible daily capacity of 120 tons, the Galvanic Plant No. 5 is Europe's number 1. The plant is stocked with customers’ products over our fully automated logistics system.
